The sampler is applicable for process pipe sampling points with pipe diameter below DN150 or small slurry flow. It can realize all ore flow entering the sampling pipe when sampling is conducted and make all ore flows follow the process procedure when no sampling is conducted. During sampler operating, the top cylinder is controlled to operate through the program to open the bottom cone valve to make ore flow enters the bottom sampling pipe. Interior of the sampler can be flushed by flushing nozzles to prevent clogging. 

Designed for small pipe diameter and small flow process. 

It is applicable for process pipe sampling points with small diameter such as precious metal concentrates.
