Recently, Cemtech Asia 2019 held in Bangkok, Thailand. DFMC attended this exhibition with quality control solution, which was highly focused by domestic and foreign clients, government delegates and media.

DFMC never absented Cemtech meetings, after appeared in Istanbul, the quality control solution on the stage again, which attracted many visitors to visit and negotiate.

Cement quality control is a unique solution in Cemetch Asia which combines batching system with Elemental Analyzer (EA) data to achieve intelligent dispatching and stabilize the production process.

EA is mainly used for online detection of element (compositions) contents during limestone batching, raw mix. EA is a modular structure and can be installed around a belt without the necessity to cut it. When EA operates, the belt slides through the internal supporting tank of the measuring unit and then EA measures all the materials passing by. During the whole detection process, no material is contacted and there is no influence on belt operation.

EA holds the highest market share in China. Along with the One Belt and Road propose development, DFMC is welcoming broad development opportunities. Till now, EA series have been across Cambodia, Malaysia, India and Italy.
