Intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal products are installed on such equipment as electric shovel, truck, bowser, sprinkler, bulldozer, rig, engineering vehicle, command car, etc. The GPS intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal hardware platform uses highly reliable industrial motherboard and integrates embedded computer functions. Integrating GPS satellite positioning, data operation, condition reporting, scheduling navigation, information interaction and radio data communication, it has such characteristics as shock resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures, high reliability, etc. The extendible interfaces include reversing back vision, collection of electricity and oil quantities, collection of tipping bucket condition, etc.

The GPS intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal for large mining equipment is contained in a metal enclosure with a protection class of IP66. The core components consist of imported industrial class computer modules, high-precision GPS receiver and dedicated data transmission and communication modules. It is characterized by high reliability, stable hardware platform, high adaptability to environment, etc.

Product classification:

(1) Chip microcomputer based intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal:

The universal GPS vehicle-mounted terminal is suitable for such equipment as tipper, bulldozer, sprinkler, logistics vehicle, etc. with a special anti-shock and anti-impact design, being robust structured and convenient for installation and operation.

(2) PLC based intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal:

It is suitable for such relatively slow-moving large equipment as electric shovel, rig, etc.

(3) ARM based intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal:

It is suitable for mounting on engineering auxiliary vehicles in mining areas and engineering vehicles with a large working range.

(4) Computer platform based intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal:

It is suitable for mounting on large electric wheel and large dumper truck.

Main functions:

● Positioning for monitor and control: having a target positioned accurately.

● Running condition monitor and measurement: The center can detect and monitor and control the current condition of terminal.

● Remote control: The center can issue control instructions to control the working condition of terminal.

● Displaying real-time shift production volume (number of trucks, electric shovel production volume, etc.) and the latitude and longitude coordinates of a vehicle.

● Displaying dispatching instruction in the form of Chinese characters and voice.

● Selecting various requests, such as failure application, delay application, network access and withdrawal application, etc. via the screen menu

● Automatic navigation: A truck dispatching instruction is displayed on a vehicle-mounted terminal in the form of schematic diagram and command menu, and a prompt will be given to the driver when the truck arrives at such destinations as a loading or unloading point, etc. for correct working.

● Over-speed alarm: When the speed of a truck exceeds the set safe speed, the vehicle-mounted terminal issues an alarm automatically to draw the attention of the driver and reports automatically over-speed times to the dispatching center to check up the working performance of the driver.

● Alarm for overstepping boundary: When a truck drives on a route deviating from that required or goes beyond the required zones, the vehicle-mounted terminal issues an alarm automatically to draw the attention of the driver and reports automatically the result of deviation to the dispatching center to check up the working performance of the driver.

● Voice short message: A dispatcher can send information to a designated vehicle in the form of short message, which can be broadcasted in voice.

● Blind zone compensation: When a vehicle passes a blind zone for communication, track data is saved automatically. When communication resumes, the saved track data is uploaded to the dispatching center automatically.

● Extension interface: External GPS antenna, communication antenna interface, tipper bucket condition testing interface, non-contact IC card input interface are provided.

● Backup power supply: The electric shovel terminal has a backup power supply to provide 10-20 minutes backup time in case of system power interruption.
