Product Overview:

DF-5738 Online Single-stream XRF Grade Analyzer is an online analyzing instrument with a single flow channel and for measuring multiple elements. Online XRF Grade Analyzer uses the energy dispersion method to analyze and process mixed energy spectrums by exciting various elements in materials for them to produce complicated X-ray mixed energy spectrums, and then obtains the element types and contents in materials. Online XRF Grade Analyzer is an instrument for real-time analysis to various pulp elements in industrial production process. Saving the complicated and tedious sample processing procedure, directly analyzing and measuring pulp and giving analytical results rapidly, the instrument can participate in and guide the automated control of production process.

Product composition :

DF-5738 Online Single-stream XRF Grade Analyzer mainly consists of detecting system, data processing system (including signal processing master, board card, applications, alarm system, etc.), stream-carrying tank body (including analytical flow channel, automatic sampler, mixer, etc.), electric control system (including control unit, panel computer, electric control unit cabinet), etc.

The probe and exciter are enclosed in the probe cavity, which is installed on probe car carriage. Under the control of a pneumatic elevator, the probe goes up and down. In measurement, the probe cavity body is submerged in the pulp. When stopping measurement or any failure occurs to the equipment, the cavity body is lifted up to a safe position.

The stream-carrying tank body (as shown in Fig. 2) is a kind of container specially designed to analyze and discharge pulp rationally (analytical area). It can deliver representative pulp samples to the probe in a uniform and stable manner. The tank body is in steel inside and in rubber outside and in an upper and lower double-deck structure. In case of any accidental pulp jam, the ball valve can be adjusted to discharge the pulp from the lower ore discharge directly. The sampling system is located in the front end of the tank body, which is used to verify and calibrate the analyzer before use.
The dynamic range of pulp that can be processed by the tank body is large and the measurement is representative.
Ensure the liquidity of pulp and reduce artificial maintenance workload.
Increase the wearability and corrosion resistance of the tank body.
The signal processing system fulfills collection, amplification, shaping and processing of probe signals, and transmits the processed signals to the XRF software. At the same time, it can also monitor the status of the probe cavity window and transmit the window status signal to the control unit of the single-chip.
The control unit controls and monitors the operating status of the instrument, and transmits the operating status of the instrument to the XRF software through RS-485/RS232 data communication mode (the figure below is the initial interface of the XRF software).

The analyzer is equipped with a panel computer. Users can select and configure other hardware according to your needs, such as printer, etc. The operating platform of the XRF software of Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. is Windows 2000 and higher systems. The software is responsible for data collection, processing, operation, calibration, historical inquiry, printing, etc. for the whole system.
