The analyzer is installed at the process point after the second mixing and it is used to detect the content of Tfe, CaO and SiO2 in the sintering mixture in real time, realizes automatic optimization of the batching. By stabilizing the alkalinity of the sintered ore and stabilizing the blast furnace production, it is conducive to the blast furnace to move forward and increase production and save coke. Taking  application as an example of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd., the alkalinity stability rate increased by 3.98% during the application period.
