On March 19, the National Mine Safety Administration Held a National On-site Conference on Non-coal Mine Safety Supervision in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region
On March 19, the National Mine Safety Administration convened the National On-site Conference on Non-coal Mine Safety Supervision in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The conference reviewed the achievements in non-coal mine safety supervision during 2025 and the 14th Five-Year Plan period, analyzed the current situation and existing challenges, mapped out the objectives and tasks for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and arranged key priorities for 2026. Experts from national research institutes and high-tech enterprises across the industry gathered to discuss pathways for safe production and high-quality development in the mining sector.
DFMC was invited to attend the conference, showcasing a series of advanced intelligent online detection and analysis equipment as well as intelligent solutions for the mining and processing stages of non-coal mines. These offerings provide efficient solutions for mines to achieve unmanned, high-efficiency and safe production.
Earlier this year, the National Mine Safety Administration issued the Key Points for Mine Safety Production Work in 2026, which explicitly proposed promoting the in-depth application of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, unmanned driving and other technologies in mine safety production scenarios, and continuously advancing the "AI + Mine Safety" initiative. This has charted the course for the intelligent development of mines and created significant opportunities for mining technology enterprises to accelerate technological innovation.
Consistently aligning with national policy guidelines, DFMC has developed a range of high-level intelligent mining products. At the technical equipment exhibition area, DFMC highlighted its unmanned systems tailored for mining and transportation, including the autonomous LHD system, autonomous locomotive system, Drill Rig Unmanned Driving System, fleet management system, these systems enable remote control and autonomous operation of mining equipment, effectively reducing the number of underground workers and enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
For the mineral processing stage, DFMC displayed a variety of intelligent online detection devices with independent intellectual property rights, such as the neutron activation series online elemental analyzer for metal ores, online pulp elemental analyzer, online potash elemental analyzer and X-ray fluorescence online element analyzer. Also exhibited were intelligent sensing products including the ultrasonic particle size analyzer and laser elemental analyzer.
These devices conduct real-time online detection and analysis of key elements and particle size parameters in ores and pulp, delivering accurate and stable data support for various types of metal mines. They help enterprises optimize mineral processing flowsheets and improve resource utilization efficiency.
In recent years, with the accelerated progress of intelligent mine construction in China, Xinjiang has become a vital region for mining technology application thanks to its abundant mineral resources and vast development potential. To better serve local mining enterprises, DFMC has established a branch in Xinjiang and built a localized technical service team. In response to the regional mining characteristics and enterprise demands, DFMC provides professional and customized technical solutions as well as sustained service support, assisting local mining enterprises in improving safety production standards and digital management capabilities.
During the conference, leaders and experts from numerous mining enterprises and research institutions visited DFMC's booth for exchanges. All parties held in-depth discussions on green mining, efficient mineral processing and the application of intelligent technologies, and reached positive consensus on strengthening innovative cooperation, conducting joint research and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
