Flotation level automatic control system is a set of detection, automatic control as one of the multi-functional control system, the product through high-precision detection and control can effectively improve the flotation automation process of mineral processing efficiency, plays a very important role in the flotation process.
This system mainly includes three parts:
1.Liquid level measuring device;
3.Automatic control device.
This liquid level meter adopts a float liquid level meter composed of float laser ranging sensor. The float floats with the liquid level, so as to drive the reflecting plate on the guide rod to move. The advanced laser sensor high-precision ranging technology is used to convert the liquid level into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal, display the liquid level value, and compare it with the set value, and output the corresponding control signal to the actuator, adjust the discharge valve to keep the slurry level at the set value.

1.Power supply requirements
A. Load type: meet continuous production load, 24 hours / day, 330 days / year
B. Power supply: instrument power supply AC 220 V, frequency 50 Hz
C. Power consumption: the capacity of each local operation panel is 1A, and the power capacity of PLC control cabinet is 5A
2.Gas supply requirements
A. Working pressure of air source: 0.6 ～ 0.7MPa
B. Air consumption: 3600 L / h (single pneumatic actuator)
C. Gas source temperature: purified dry gas shall be at least 10 ℃ lower than the lower limit of ambient temperature under working pressure
D. Oil content: no more than 8 mg / M ³ ⑤ Dust content: 0.1g/m ³， The particle size is not more than 10 μ m
E. Gas supply pipe: DN 15 galvanized pipe
F. The air source should be equipped with filter pressure reducing device
G. Provide instrument air source to the vicinity of pneumatic control valve, and the pipeline connection distance shall not exceed 1m.
3.Water supply requirements
A. Water supply pressure: 0.01Mpa
B. Water supply flow: less than 1.0m ³/ h
C. A clean water source is provided next to the slurry level measuring device to connect the spray device.
