On July 18, the 2025 Silk Road Mining Cooperation Forum and the 15th China Xinjiang International Mining and Equipment Expo and the 20th China Xinjiang International Coal Industry Expo were grandly opened at the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Urumqi. The "Coal Mine Intelligent Mine Overall Solution" displayed by DFMC was highly praised by industry experts. The solution integrates core products such as 3D mining software, unmanned driving system for drilling rigs, intelligent dispatching system for open-pit mine vehicles, high-precision coal quality analyzer, intelligent dry sorting machine, intelligent inspection and testing system, and comprehensive management and control platform for coal mining and selection, providing coal enterprises with a one-stop intelligent upgrade path from mining to transportation, from mineral processing to management, helping to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality improvement and stable production.

Among them, the high-precision coal quality analyzer is based on prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) technology, which can perform real-time, online and accurate detection of ash, sulfur, moisture and ash components in coal. The equipment is widely used in key links such as raw coal homogenization control, heavy medium clean coal ash density return control, and accurate coal blending, helping coal preparation plants to improve washing efficiency and product quality. At Shanxi Coking Coal Huajin Coking Coal Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant, the dynamic standard deviation of ash content of this equipment has been controlled within 0.15% for a long time, reaching the international leading level.

The unmanned driving system for drilling rigs independently developed by DFMC integrates technologies such as precise navigation, wireless network communication, automatic operation control and image processing, and has functions such as automatic alignment, hole layout, drilling, hole depth detection, manual one-key switching and remote control. This system is the first unmanned drilling rig in China built by China Coal Pingshuo Group. It has achieved both improved hole layout efficiency and accuracy, and the efficiency of a single shift is comparable to that of manual work, with a halved failure rate and reduced maintenance costs. It not only keeps personnel away from danger and reduces labor intensity, but also solves the problem of traditional hole protection. Recently, this achievement has received attention and been reported by CCTV News, which has set an example for promoting safe and efficient production in the industry.

The intelligent inspection and testing system is committed to achieving full-process control of coal quality without human intervention. The system combines an intelligent control unit with various types of sensor systems, visual analysis systems, and AI processing modules to automatically complete the entire inspection and testing process, including sampling, sample delivery, sample preparation, analysis, and storage, without human intervention. It has the advantages of good representativeness of sampling samples, fast sample preparation, and accurate analysis results. It is used for quality management of various production links in the mining, metallurgical and smelting industries, and plays an important role in the quality control link of enterprises.
