Recently, the National Data Administration released the list of "Public Data 'In Motion' Demonstration Construction Scenarios" (Third Batch). Among them, the scenario of "Non-Coal Mine Safety Public Data Supporting the Industry's Green and Sustainable Development," created by Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. (DFMC) under the guidance of Liaoning Provincial Data Administration and Dandong Municipal Data Administration, was successfully selected. This has set a new benchmark for the digital management and safe development of the industry.

The cultivation of public data "In Motion" demonstration construction scenarios is an important measure implemented by the National Data Administration in response to the central government's decision to accelerate the development and utilization of public data. The aim is to open up the supply, circulation, and utilization chain of public data, form a batch of replicable and promotable development and utilization models, and create a number of applications with prominent social benefits and strong industrial driving effects. During the creation of the "Non-Coal Mine Safety Public Data" scenario by DFMC, the Liaoning Provincial Data Administration and Dandong Municipal Data Administration took proactive actions. They organized professional teams to conduct on-site investigations multiple times, identified the company's actual needs in terms of data application, technical challenges, and scenario planning, and coordinated experts to provide customized technical guidance and solutions, helping the enterprise efficiently advance the construction of the scenario.

The "Non-Coal Mine Safety Public Data Supporting the Industry's Green and Sustainable Development" scenario, through the construction of a full-chain system for the "aggregation, storage, management, application, and supervision" of non-coal mine safety data resources, has developed data products for the mine safety emergency management service platform. This has formed an all-round, multi-level, and high-efficiency management system, assisting the government in timely and effective supervision. After the platform is completed, it is expected to serve more than 200 non-coal mine enterprises in Liaoning Province, enhancing their safety production management levels and disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, and promoting the sustainable development of the mining industry.

This selection as a national key construction project for the public data "In Motion" demonstration scenario is a full affirmation of DFMC's technical strength and innovation capabilities. In the future, DFMC will continue to deepen the development and utilization of public data, continuously optimize scenario applications, and provide more replicable and promotable solutions for the non-coal mine industry.
