On July 23, DFMC showcased its cutting-edge technological achievements in real-time mineral processing detection and analysis at the 2nd National Forum on Green Mining Intelligent Mineral Processing Technology and Equipment.

 The forum was held in Xichang, Sichuan Province, under the theme "AI Empowers Mining, Driving Industry Renewal."Experts and scholars from government agencies, industry associations, research institutions, and leading mining enterprises gathered to explore practical pathways for the deep integration of AI and mining. Their discussions aimed to provide theoretical support and technological impetus for accelerating China's mineral processing industry toward high-end, intelligent, and sustainable development.

The exhibition featured flagship products such as the neutron activation online elemental analyzer, X-ray fluorescence online iron grade analyzer, ultrasonic particle size analyzer, intelligent inspection robot, smart hydrocyclone, grinding expert system, AI mineral processing large model, equipment predictive maintenance system, digital delivery platform, and intelligent prediction & expert decision-making platform. At the main forum, Mr. Li Shaohua, Deputy General Manager of DFMC 's Intelligent Equipment Service Center, delivered a presentation titled "Application of Online Detection Instruments in Mineral Processing Expert Control Systems."

He emphasized that online detection and analysis instruments serve as the fundamental foundation for the efficient operation of mineral processing expert control systems. DFMC 's self-developed online detection instruments - including the neutron activation online multi-element analyzer, ultrasonic particle size analyzer, and Na22 concentration meter - provide accurate and stable data support for expert systems by enabling high-precision real-time online measurement of key process indicators such as ore grade and pulp particle size concentration.

Furthermore, DFMC 's expert system integrates AI deep learning and big data technologies to enable multi-frequency, small-amplitude, and continuous process adjustments. This capability stabilizes operational conditions, achieves synergistic optimization, enhances mineral processing efficiency and resource utilization, and drives continuous upgrading of production toward intelligent, automated, and refined operations.

During the forum, expert representatives from Angang Mining, Baowu Resources, Central South Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, China ENFI, Shougang Mining, HBIS Mining, Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union, Chongqing Iron & Steel Mining, Pangang Mining, Jiangxi Copper Corporation, Shandong Gold Group, Huawei, and iFlytek engaged in in-depth discussions with DFMC 's technical team on topics including intelligent mineral processing system construction, AI control strategies, and data asset management. Multiple project collaboration intentions were reached among the participants. 

On the afternoon of July 24, the organizer will arrange for all participants to visit the intelligent operation center of Chongqing Iron & Steel Mining's Xichang operation. As a key partner of Chongqing Iron & Steel Mining, DFMC has provided important products and technical support for the company's intelligent mine construction. Recently, after Chongqing Iron & Steel Mining adopted DFMC 's mineral processing automation, unmanned crane systems, predictive maintenance and other technologies and equipment, the mineral processing recovery rate has significantly improved, equipment failures and downtime have been greatly reduced, creating considerable economic benefits for the enterprise and fully demonstrating the practical value of the technical solutions.
