From October 20 to 22, the 2025 CHINA WIND POWER was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall),Beijing. The intelligent non-destructive tester for wind turbine blades exhibited by DFMC, through the innovative application of X-ray digital imaging technology, has successfully broken through the limitations of traditional testing methods such as ultrasonic testing. It can accurately identify internal defects in complex areas such as composite material joints and sandwich structures, providing the industry with a more comprehensive and reliable non-destructive testing solution.
With the theme of "Promoting Global Energy Transition and Achieving Sustainable Development Together", this conference brought together experts in the global wind power field, nearly 1,000 enterprises covering the entire industrial chain, and more than 100,000 professional visitors to jointly launch a peak dialogue on the future of wind power, energy transformation and global sustainable development.

Amid the vigorous development of the wind power industry, non-destructive testing of wind turbine blades has become a rigid demand in this field. As industry competition intensifies and the requirements for the reliability of wind power equipment continue to increase, wind power enterprises are paying more and more attention to blade quality testing. The Intelligent Non-Destructive Tester for Wind Turbine Blades independently developed by DFMC fully integrates X-ray digital imaging technology, intelligent AI technology and intelligent control technology. It features a fully automatic working mode, which can automatically detect defects according to the blade positioning and navigation route, and can also automatically adjust the equipment position and optimize exposure parameters based on the blade thickness. Powered by a storage battery, its long-life battery pack ensures flexible and fast operation in open areas. It adopts intelligent AI recognition, which automatically identifies and locates defects through AI image processing algorithms, improving detection efficiency and accuracy. At the same time, it supports customized design and can be tailored according to the structural dimensions of different blades to fully meet the diverse testing needs of customers. This product won the Merit Award in the Final of the 10thFinal Winner Award of the 10th China Maker Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest (Liaoning Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Competition,2025).
At present, this tester has been actively promoted and applied in Chongqing Chengfei, Hubei Tianshun, Pingxiang City of Jiangxi Province and other places. Through early defect detection, it has effectively improved the quality and reliability of delivered blades, reduced the operation and maintenance costs of wind turbines, ensured the production safety of wind farms, and contributed to the high-quality development of the wind power industry.

In addition, DFMC also exhibited the wind power Intelligent Monitoring System. Based on multi-dimensional intelligent optical fiber sensing technology and integrated sensing-transmission architecture, this system builds a distributed intelligent monitoring network covering the entire area of wind turbines. By integrating distributed optical fiber sensing and AI intelligent analysis, it collects real-time operating data of wind turbines, realizes full-dimensional real-time perception and diagnosis of vibration, bolt status, temperature and perimeter environment, and empowers the full-life-cycle health management and active safety protection of wind turbine units.

During the conference, leaders and experts from Shanghai Electric, CRRC, CSSC Technology, Chengfei New Materials, Mingyang Smart Energy, Sany Renewable Energy, Goldwind Technology and other companies visited DFMC's booth for exchanges. They conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as technology R&D, product innovation and market expansion, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation in the future.
