1  Automatic sampling

The automatic laboratory configures various automatic samplers on site for sampling. A multi-frequency periodic sampling method is used through PLC control.

2 Automatic sample delivery

Fully automatic sample delivery system constructed by pneumatic pipe.

3  Automatic sample preparation

Fully automatic sample preparation equipment, integrated with automatic dosing, grinding, pressing, cleaning, discharging, breaking, steel ring recovery and other functions. We can inject sample manually or use a robot to replace human operator. It is fully automatic operated and automatic discharging. The sample cake has high quality and high cleanliness, no cross-contamination enables high detection accuracy. The equipment operation has low voice and no environmental impact.

4  Automatic analysis

An intelligent central laboratory with automatic receiving station, grinding and pressing machine, robot, manual sample device, sample transfer belt, XRF, XRD, particle size meter, etc.

5  Automatic blending

The central laboratory blending control software automatically analyzes the XRF detection data, calculates the actual control indexes compared with the target control indexes, optimizes the calculation of the ratio data using the underlying algorithm and transmits it to the DCS at cement production line to realize the automatic proportioning control, including raw mix control and cement blending.

6   APP

Mobile App can report abnormal condition at real-time, the system possesses with functions such as real-time equipment status monitoring of and sample assay process log query.
