Bridge Type Automotive Intelligent Sampling and Processing System is a high-performance sampling and analysis device developed by DFMC independently. The system can be used with coal quality analysis device to achieve fully automatic online inspection of coal entering and leaving the plant by trucks. Reasonable stacking of incoming raw materials can be guided and digital material yard can be established after system application.

The components of this system include: Bridge truck sampling device, primary feeder, crusher, online elemental analyzer (coal quality management), reduction device, sample collector, operation plate, video monitoring, material return device, bucket elevator, residual material conveyor, LIDAR model identification system, etc.
The sampling machine automatically takes samples of the raw materials in the carriage at random points. After primary crushing, the sample enters into the analyzer and the content of each element in the raw material would be detected. The analyzed material sample is retained by shrinkage sampling, and the remaining part is transported to the temporary storage bin or sent to the next car through the bucket elevator and return car.

The sampling system has the function of intelligent discrimination of equipment failure. The sampling system is equipped with automatic senses. Operator only needs to deal with the abnormal situation on site. It also has the function of emergency fault alarm and processing, realizing the function of automatic diagnosis and alarm of system failure, fault reset and emergency stop to ensure system safety.
The operation console integrates sampling, analysis and monitoring with remote service platform.
Multiple protection measures for sampling auger: it can sense and automatically lift when the auger reaches the bottom of the carriage. The sampling lift truck adopts a four-sided closed structure to reduce dust. Built-in sampling hopper can sample continuously each time to shorten the auxiliary time.
LIDAR model identification system: the LIDAR scans the model to obtain the length, width, chassis height and position information of the cross-ties of the carriage and establish the vehicle information database.
