Reduction Sampler is also known as metallurgical accounting sampler and its name is mainly used to distinguish the traditional pipe sampler. It is a specialized equipment for online slurry sample collection in certain proportion. In the principle of reduction, the product realizes obtaining sample mineral flow at the next level through statistics of sampling cutter mineral flow at each level to improve representativeness and real-time replacement of sample mineral to provide typical sample ore flow for online testing instrument and lab sampling. It features high sampling representativeness, abrasion resistance, less fault and low maintenance. Under the circumstance of process flow over 600m3/h, it is recommended to use the reduced sampler for metal mineral sampling in key sampling points such as raw ore, concentrate and tailings of beneficiation plant of mines.

Reduction Sampler is applicable for process pipe sampling points with large flow (flow over 600m3/h), large pipe diameter (diameter over DN600) and impossible long-distance sampling. It has the lowest system height difference among all sampling equipment.
