On July 5, 2023 Coal Slurry Efficient Sorting and Recycling Seminar was held in Suzhou, China. Coal processing industry elites from all over the country gathered together to discuss how to promote coal slurry quality improvement and efficient and clean utilization under the current economic and environmental protection situation, and to share the practical application of new processes, technologies and equipment in coal slurry sorting and recycling in coal processing plants. As exhibitor, DFMC presented the intelligent solutions for coal preparation plant, online coal quality testing and analyzing instruments and online particle size analyzing instruments for coal slurry and other related products.

Mr. Zhang Shaoqiang, Chairman of China Coal Industry Association and President of Coal Processing Branch of China Coal Industry Association, made an annual keynote report, in which he reviewed and summarized the development status of coal processing industry in recent years, explained the necessity of advancing the work of efficient coal sludge treatment and recycling in many aspects, and looked forward to the future of the industry. Experts, professors and enterprise representatives spoke and exchanged ideas freely.Li Shaohua, an expert of DFMC Intelligent Equipment Service Center, made a special report titled "Application Practice of Advanced Coal Quality On-line Inspection and Analysis Equipment in the Intelligent Construction of Coal Preparation Plant" at the meeting. Combined with the current intelligent construction of coal preparation plant key intelligent sensing instrument accuracy is insufficient and other pain points, from the necessity of high-precision analysis of coal composition, particle size and other indicators, instrument working principle, technical advantages, etc., detailed description of coal quality online testing and analysis equipment for coal preparation plant intelligent construction plays an important role. At the same time, the solutions were given to provide more practical selection guidance for the representatives of the majority of enterprises with clearly target.

The project has been appraised by China Coal Industry Association to reach the international leading level, awarded the Coal Industry Association's 2022 Coal Industry Benchmarking Case, and selected in National Energy Administration's "Typical Compendium of Intelligent Construction of National Coal Mines", which is currently recognized as the most successful intelligent coal beneficiation project in China.
