Recently, Heavy Media Sorting B System Intelligent Upgrading Project at Shanxi Coking Coal Huajin Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant has passed the acceptance inspection with great performance.
Based on the successful experience of System A, System B optimizes the suspension density intelligent setting algorithm and improves the intelligent construction of two key process links, i.e. main re-election barrel balance and unattended addition of media. System B generates dynamic mathematical models based on the real-time data fitting of ash and suspension density, so that the suspension density optimization algorithm is able to adapt to the changes of raw coal quality and production operation, and the main re-election The suspension density control range is less than ±0.005g/cm³, which is 50% higher than that of System A. The on-line analysis system of fine coal quality innovatively adopts the dynamic sampling mode of double helix to form the dynamic transport conditions of self-flowing and highly stable material flow, which ensures the long-term stability and reliability of the analysis system, and the precision of the on-line detection and analysis of ash is ≤0.15%, and the value of fine coal ash is ±0.25%, with a stabilization rate of 84%, which creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
