On November 11th (local time), the Simandou Iron Mine Project in Guinea was officially put into operation. Mamady Doumbouya, President of Guinea, attended the event together with the project's partners of Simandou, including WCS, China Baowu Steel Group, Aluminum Corporation of China , and Rio Tinto Group. As a key technical support unit for the intelligentization project of Simandou Iron Mine, DFMC leverages its leading technological capabilities and profound industry experience. It has applied core intelligent mine systems and equipment such as the Fleet Management System, Intelligent Mineral Processing System, and Cross-belt elemental analyzer(Mineral), providing solid technical guarantees for the efficient, green, and safe production of Simandou Iron Mine.

The Simandou Iron Mine is the world's largest green-field iron ore project, with proven reserves of 4.4 billion tons and an average total iron grade of over 65%. Upon completion, its total production capacity will reach 120 million tons per year. It will not only provide stable and high-quality iron ore supply for global steel enterprises but also exert a profound impact on the balance between supply and demand in the global iron ore market. 

Dopting "Chinese standards", "Chinese design", "Chinese construction" and "Chinese equipment", DFMC has undertaken the key technical support work for the intelligentization project of the Simandou Iron Mine, helping to upgrade the digital and intelligent transformation of mining and beneficiation operations.
