The 6th Technical Innovation and Enterprise Refined Management Training Seminar was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia from October 29 to 30. Co-hosted by Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Group Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Mining Federation, the conference focused on pain points, difficulties and bottlenecks throughout the whole production and operation process of mineral exploration and mining enterprises. It facilitated exchanges on technological innovation achievements and refined management experience to boost the high-quality development of regional mining industry. Invited to the seminar, DFMC showcased its self-developed new full-scenario intelligent technologies and products for mines, demonstrating practical outcomes of intelligent technologies empowering safe, efficient mine production and lean management.
In response to actual demands of mine production, DFMC exhibited a portfolio of products including the unmanned drilling rig system for open-pit mines, unmanned LHD system for underground mines, unmanned underground rail locomotive system, intelligent online grinding concentration analyzer, row-type intelligent ball feeder, intelligent hydrocyclone, neutron activation online multi-element ore analyzer, laser online element analyzer, X-ray fluorescence online multi-element analyzer, ultrasonic online particle size analyzer and borehole depth continuous grade meter. Covering unmanned operation of mining equipment, ore grade detection, ore composition analysis and refined control of mineral processing, these products deliver mature and feasible technical solutions to reduce manual intervention, improve operation safety and raise mineral recovery rate.
At the seminar, Wang Long, Senior Project Manager of DFMC Intelligent Mine Design and Research Institute, delivered a special report titled Sharing Experience in Intelligent Mine Construction. He stated that intelligent upgrading serves as a key engine driving innovation in the mining industry and a core approach to addressing the pain points of traditional mine production. To meet the full-scenario demands of intelligent mine construction, DFMC has built a technical and product system covering online detection and analysis, intelligent equipment, automatic control, production execution management, and comprehensive control and decision-making. It can provide supporting services for the entire production chain of exploration, mining and mineral processing. Through data integration and business collaboration, the company promotes information connectivity and coordinated management across all production links, helping mines improve production efficiency, optimize process indicators and cut operating costs.
The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region features a vast territory, favorable ore-forming geological conditions and abundant mineral resources. The development of local mining industry sets higher standards and stricter requirements for production efficiency, safety management and resource utilization. In recent years, DFMC has continuously cultivated the Inner Mongolia market. Intelligent projects have been implemented for enterprises including Inner Mongolia Cecheng Mining and Velasto Mining. Combined with actual production conditions of these enterprises, relevant technologies are applied to help mines optimize production management modes and raise intelligence levels, accumulating valuable practical experience for the transformation and upgrading of regional mining industry.
During the conference, leaders and experts from the Inner Mongolia Mining Federation, Hunan Mining Federation, Yankuang Xinghe Molybdenum Co., Ltd., Gao'erqi Mining Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Group, Cecheng Mining Development Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Group, Inner Mongolia Velasto Mining Co., Ltd., Geology and Mineral Technology Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Group, Inspur Yunzhou Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. and other organizations visited DFMC booth. They learned in detail about the relevant technologies, products and application cases, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the company’s technical team on the application of intelligent equipment, online detection and analysis, and intelligent production process management, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent projects.
