China Baowu Guinea Simandou Iron Ore Mine, a world-class large-scale high-quality open-pit hematite ore mine with reserves of nearly 5 billion tons, is a core hub for global iron ore resource development. Relying on its leading technologies and profound experience, DFMC undertakes the general contracting of the intelligent mine project and has centrally implemented three key systems: intelligent truck dispatching, intelligent mineral processing control, and high-precision ore grade analysis. Intelligent truck dispatching enables real-time monitoring and management of vehicles, thereby improving efficiency and reducing costs; intelligent mineral processing control optimizes processes through automation to enhance concentrate indicators; ore grade analysis provides an accurate basis for production decisions. The project fully drives the refined and intelligent upgrading of the mine, not only setting a world-class model for the intelligent operation of iron ore mines, but also strengthening the efficiency of resource development through technological empowerment.
