On April 23, the 9th Second Council (Expanded) Meeting of the China Metallurgical Mining Enterprise Association and the 2026 Domestic Iron Ore Full Value Chain Conference were held in Xichang, Sichuan Province.
The conference focused on the high-quality development path of the steel industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, systematically evaluated the improvement of domestic iron ore resource security capabilities and the industrial development situation, and promoted the industry’s transformation and upgrading toward intelligence.
