From Oct. 27, 2013 to Nov. 3, the deputy general manager of DFMC Guo Yandou, chief engineer Gong Yalin, and other two representatives attended the 60th IEEE nuclear technology-related conference and exhibition held at COEX in Seoul, South Korea on behalf of the company.
IEEE is short for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, it has more than 360,000 members in 175 countries around the world. This year's IEEE conference is the first time held in Asia, including two parts, technical seminar and exhibition. It attracted the world's senior scholars from all IEEE branches and thousands of important representatives from related research institutes and enterprises. The seminar mainly involved in the related topics in the fields of nuclear science, medical imaging and room-temperature semiconductor detection. And the exhibition attracted almost 200 suppliers from all over the world. Our delegation has listened many excellent reports presented by experts and scholars around nuclear science, radiation protection and dosimetry, neutron detector, X-ray detector and other subjects, and communicated and interacted with relevant scholars, which laid a foundation to the enhancement of the level of our product technology in the future.
