On Dec. 28, 2012, the contract signing ceremony on the automatic control system for the beneficiation plant of China Railway Resources Group Yichun Luming Mine Co., Ltd. to be implemented by Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the headquarters of the company. Vice Mayor of Dandong Pan Shuang, President of China Railway Resources Group Yichun Luming Mine Co., Ltd. Peng Xiaolin, Chief of the Automation Information Center Wang Yanbin, President of Dandong Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. Bao Liangqing as well as relevant leaders were present at the project contract signing ceremony.

The ceremony began at 11:00 in the morning. Vice Mayor Pan firstly expressed warm welcome to President Peng and Chief Wang on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee of Dandong, and hoped that by means of the cooperation this time, the prologue for further cooperation between Luming Mine Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. would start.

President Peng Xiaolin and President Bao Liangqing jointly subscribed their names on the contract on behalf of both enterprises, which symbolized that the project officially entered into the implementation stage. At the ceremony, President Peng said that to select the cooperation unit for the automation project of Luming Mine Co., Ltd. was made by the leaders of the group and the mine company after deliberate research, judgment, multiple investigation and comprehensive comparison, and it was believed that Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. was bound to ensure the project to be completed with high quality, in schedule and successfully by their powerful technological strength and rich automation implementation experience.

President Bao expressed thanks to Mayor Pan for her presence at the signing ceremony and showed warm welcome to President Dong and Chief Wang for their arrival in Dandong and Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. while they were fully engaged. President Bao emphasized, “we must be never be unworthy of the great trust by the leaders of China Railway Resources Group and Luming Mine Co., Ltd. and try to do perfect work by overall planning and scientific construction.” Finally, President Bao showed that with this project as a turning point, it was expected that further cooperation could be developed between Dongfang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. and China Railway Resources Group Luming Mine Co., Ltd.
